Mid-late season blooming SINGLE to SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are pink, 14-18 cm (5.5-7”) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are rounded, notched, and are typically 6.3 cm (2.5”) in width. Fragrant. On average, flowers carry twelve light-green, moderately hairy carpels. Stigmas are reddish-purple, and of normal anatomy. Stamens are more than 2 cm (0.75”) in length, with reddish-purple filaments that fade to white at the tips. Sheath is complete; reddish-purple in color. Fertile both ways. Plants reach 123 cm (48.5”) at maturity, and carry broadly-cut, green foliage. Growth habit is upright. Name romanized is Mènghuàn Fěn, roughly translating to “dream pink”.
