Peony Registry

Seedling number, parentage and first bloomed—unknown. Beautiful deep burgundy red Japanese type flower form with a touch of gold on edge of center petaloids. Glossy and lustrous foliage. Interesting as it is emerging in early Spring, 18″ in height with good stem strength. Late lactiflora, has seeds, no pollen, slight fragrance. This variety is short, and especially good for landscape.
