Seedling number: 66-16B. Parentage: ‘Majesty’s Bonnet’ x Seedling SG17. First bloomed 2019, first propagated 2019. Early midseason blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are white, 20.3 cm (8”) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are cupped, rounded, ruffled, notched, and are typically 7 cm (2.75”) in width. Light pink flares emanate from flower center and transcend approximately 20% of overall petal length. Subtle fragrance. Four tomentose carpels are green, and carry pink stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are less than 1.25 cm (0.5”) in length, with lavender filaments that transition to white at the tips. Produces pollen; seed fertility has not been noted to date. Staminodes are oblanceolate and linear in structure, and identical in color to the surrounding petalage. Disk is obscure. Leaflets are broad-pointed, and green in color. Plants reach 86.4 cm (34”) at maturity. Growth habit is upright; mechanical support is unnecessary.
