Seedling number 7-24-1. Parentage not given. First bloomed 2013, first propagated 2014. Early blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are light-yellow, 17cm (7”) in diameter, upward facing, and average two per stem. Guard petals are frilled. Flowers possess on average three very hairy, green carpels with dark-pink stigmas. Stamens are more than 2cm (0.75”) in length. Fertile both ways. Plants reach 76cm (30”) at maturity, and carry broadly pointed, green foliage with undertones of purple. Growth habit is upright, though the plant does benefit from support when flowers are fully opened. Named for Caesarian, the son of Julius Caesar and Cleopatra.
