Seedling number 4-17-2. Parentage not given. First bloomed 2013, first propagated 2015. Early blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are the lightest pink over a creamy yellow, 17cm (6.7”) in diameter, upward facing, and average three per stem. Slight fragrance noted. Guard petals are frilled and ruffled. Flowers possess on average three tomentose, green carpels with pink stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are more than 2cm (0.75”) in length. Has pollen, and produces seeds. Plants reach 80cm (31.5”) at maturity, and carry broadly pointed, green foliage with undertones of purple. A fine cut-flower and garden plant. Named for the Roman Emperor.
