Double type; medium; late. An evenly colored, globular flower of dark old-rose or light purplish crimson; fairly fragrant. Upright, floriferous plant, with very strong stems and good foliage. A late red peony of value for garden decoration, but the color is most objectionable to those who dislike magenta tones.
