sinensis x officinalis. Habit of plant very tall; stems thick and rigid, light green. Foliage intermediate in form between the two parents but much larger and heavier than either. Flowers single, very large, up to nine and one-half inches, of the most brilliant and telling crimson. Season of officinalis.
