Herbaceous hybrid. Double. Parentage: Serenade F3 seed from American Peony Society. First bloomed 1988. Blooms are about 6″, single on young plant, double when mature, with plain to ruffled petals of clear pale bright yellow. Reliable. Stamens, pollen and heavy seeder. One bud per stem, excellent substance. Very light fragrance. Stems 30-32″, with excellent strength but bow under weight of seeds. Early bloom, vigorous plant, good foliage. Seedling # 3-5.
