Peony Registry

Named for the daughter of Mr. P. L. Battey of Northbrook Gardens. An extremely rich dark red, Japanese type flower form, the yellow lines and dots on center petaloids very scant. Medium sized bloom on tall stiff stems. Late. Has exceptional substance and lasting quality. Hon. Men., 1933.
