Stamens present, pollen absent. Filaments pink at base, yellow at tip. Sheath watermelon red, complete. Average of 5 carpels, green, sparsely hairy. Stigmas watermelon, normal anatomy, no seeds. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy, matures to green. Typical Itoh Group foliage. Upright mounded growth habit, height to 30 inches (76 cm).
