An officinalis hybrid 28-32 inches. 5-6 inch blossom. Full double, bomb type. A truly unique color best described as a luminescent or neon-like cerise-red (not found on the color chart). A new color in Peonies. The well-formed blossoms are held on strong stems above the heavy wax-like foliage. Color does not fade until petal drop. A vigorous grower producing healthy plants. Fragrant. Blooms early. Seedling # 21C.
