SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are white, 23cm (9”) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are flat, and typically 8cm (3.15”) in width. Fragrant. On average, flowers possess nine tomentose carpels that are yellow-green, and carry yellow stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are more than 2cm (0.75”) in length, with white filaments. Produces both pollen and seeds. Sheath is partial, and greenish-white in color. Plants carry green foliage with an upright habit. Selected in conjunction with Martin Lemon; from a group of seedlings grown from seeds of plants obtained from the Heze Peony Company, China. Named with reference to the light color, and “Trojan” being a reference to the district where the Prague Botanical Garden is located.
