Midseason blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are light-salmon colored, 15 to 17 cm (6-6.7”) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are rounded, slightly cupped to flat, and are typically 5.5 cm (2.2”) in width. No fragrance. Two to five moderately hairy carpels are light-green in color. Stigmas are red in color, and are of normal anatomy. Stamens are more than 2 cm (0.75”) in length, with filaments that are uniformly very pale-yellow in color. Fertile both ways. Leaflets are narrow-pointed, and green in color. Foliage at the time of emergence is red. Plants reach 70-75 cm (27.5-29.5”) at maturity. Growth habit is upright; mechanical support is unnecessary. Healthy and vigorous, it sports attractive sealed flower buds. Flowers about the same time as the first ‘Red Charm’ blossoms.
