Parentage: ‘Isani Gidui’ open pollinated. Grown from seed from Canadian Peony Society Seed Exchange 2008, Lot #45. First bloomed 2015. Dark burgundy red multi-petalled SINGLE flowers, 6½ inches (16 cm) in size. Petals rounded, cupped. Three flowers per stem. Seeds. Pleasant fragrance. Mature height to 36 inches (90 cm). Named with permission for André Laurion, a longtime collaborator.
