Floriferous and majestic herbaceous hybrid; petal-packed, very large, 20 cm (8 inch) cream-white flowers flushed an almost imperceptible violet are semi-double or double, opening remarkably early in the season on stems with reddish upper parts; pale green carpels with mauve-red stigmata; vigorous hybrid that quickly grows into a grand plant of impressive volume and stature, 100cm (40 inches) at maturity; pollen, and plenty of seeds.
