Very single; 9-12 petals; one of the most brilliant yellows. Perfect form and heavy substance. Flares dark, wide, and brilliant. Filaments short, maroon, abundant; anthers long. Stigmas cream. Sheath cream. Foliage large and broad, a good deal of red. Upright grower on heavy stems.
