Seedling No. RAISS 7. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. ANEMONE, three flowers per stem, 5 inches (13 cm) in size. Guards soft pink, most petals rounded, a few notched and frilled. Inner boss of petals creamy yellow, much delicately frilled. A few stamens present, small quantity of pollen. Filaments yellow throughout. On average 3-4 carpels, pale green, smooth. Stigmas rosy pink, normal anatomy, a few seeds form under open pollination. Strong fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy, matures to green. Upright growth habit, height to 22 inches (56 cm).
