Seedling C-44. Parentage: ‘Idelette’ x ‘Liboria Maass’. JAPANESE flower form; advanced-generation herbaceous hybrid; three blooms per stem; size 5 inches (12 cm); bright purple-magenta flowers with rounded petals, slightly crinkled at edges, violet-blue outer flares and magenta staminodes edged gold; two carpels on average, pale green, moderately hairy with pink stigmata, somewhat feathered but functional. Very floriferous; handsome bush reaches 36″ (90 cm); plenty of sidebuds; pollen and seeds.
