Seed Purchase Requirements – Other Member Countries

 

REGULATED COUNTRIES…

New Regulations by many countries concerning plant product imports (including seeds) are being enforced.  Regulated countries now require phytosanitary certificates, and special shipping documentation which APS does not provide.  Additionally, it is unlawful for APS to ship seeds to regulated countries without required documentation.  Please read below:

Members residing in European Countries, China and some other member destination countries are required to personally make arrangements for the following before ordering:

1) A phytosanitary plant health certificate at your cost from the sending country (USA).  APS cannot supply Phytosanitary Certificates.  Arrangements are most often secured through Commercial exporters or individuals who hold United States Department of Agriculture export accounts and are willing to ship seeds with existing orders (APS cannot make recommendations due it’s non-profit status).
2) Shipping with an export/import company with a USA address; APS will ship to the domestic address of this import/export company only.
3) Distribution/delivery from export/import company within your or other country.

*Regulated country members are responsible for knowing their own country’s regulations and making their own arrangements (APS cannot do this for you).  APS does not guarantee delivery to overseas destinations and will not refund/replace any order which does not arrive to its destination.  Additionally, lost, damaged, seized, misplaced, stolen, or misdelivered seed orders are not eligible for refund or replacement by APS.  All sales are final and may not be cancelled.

Arrival time of overseas shipments is determined by the shipper you choose.

Please remember APS, will only ship seeds to a USA address for members residing in regulated countries. Please do not ask to ship seeds to regulated countries without these arrangements, it is unlawful for APS to ship seeds to regulated countries without required documentation.

NON- REGULATED COUNTRIES…

  1. Your name and shipping address.
  2. Any special shipping requirements.

You will receive an invoice for seeds and shipping, which must be paid within 1 week.  Allow 4 to 8 weeks for seeds to arrive through the postal service.
