D. E. R. Tall thick stems, four or more feet in height. The large, flat flowers are composed of two blooms in one, having two complete sets of petals, stigmas and stamens in one bloom. A beautiful flower. Parentage: hybrid from a cross of an officinalis with lactiflora on a 1F single red with a lactiflora double white or pink.
