Seedling number 9-23B. Parentage: Seedling SG16 x ‘Archangel’. First bloomed 2016, first propagated 2016. Early-midseason blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are blush-pink, 17.75cm (7″) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem with an occasional sidebud. Guard petals are cupped, rounded, ruffled, notched, and are typically 6.4cm (2.5″) in width. Fragrance noted. Flowers possess, on average, three tomentose, green carpels with pink stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are less than 1.25cm (0.5″) long, with pale-pink filaments that lighten to white at the tips. Staminodes are also present, linear and spatulate in structure, and identical in color to the outer petallage. Produces pollen, though seed fertility has not been noted. Disc is apparent with few projections, and is pale pink in color. Plants reach 86.4cm (34″) at maturity, and carry broad-pointed, green foliage. Growth habit is upright, and mechanical support is unnecessary.
