Seedling number 8-39-1. Parentage not given. First bloomed 2013, first propagated 2015. Early blooming Mid to Late season blooming DOUBLE flowers are lime-green, 14cm (5.5”) in diameter, outward facing, and average one to two per stem. Flowers open to a full double in double flower, and display a blend of lime-green and cream white giving a unique appearance. Guard petals are ruffled and frilled. Has carpels and will produce seeds. Plants reach 70cm (27.5”) at maturity, and carry broadly pointed, green foliage with undertones of purple. Foliage at time of emergence is red. Growth habit is spreading, and does benefit from mechanical support. Presents good potential as a cut-flower. Named for a Greek vessel used to carry liquid.
