Seedling number BJ#48; DTXSB#18. Parentage: ‘Dreamtime’ x ‘Sunny Boy’. First bloomed 2012, first propagated 2014. Previously distributed under the name ‘Bridal Bouquet’. Early-midseason blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are a warm medium-pink color, are 17.75cm (7″) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. As the flowers mature the softened color of the outer petals illuminates the warm pink center. Guard petals are rounded, ruffled, and cupped, and average 6.4cm (2.5″) in width. No fragrance noted. Flowers possess on average three to five moderately hairy, light-green carpels, with medium-pink stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are more than 2cm (0.75″) long, with light-pink filaments. Spatulate staminodes are also present, and are light-yellow in color. Staminodal disk is obscure, but very light pink in color. Fertile both ways. Plants reach 81.25cm (32″) at maturity, and carry broad-pointed, green foliage. Foliage at the time of emergence is green. Growth habit is spreading, and does benefit from mechanical support. A glowing bloom that, when used for an entire bouquet, makes for the most exquisite floral accent for any bride.
