Sport isolated from ‘Sonoma YeDo’ (parentage: Lactiflora Seedling x Reath #A-198). First bloomed 2018, first propagated 2018. Mid-season blooming DOUBLE flowers are white with a striated overlay of light pink (RHS 62C), and deep pink flares (61C) emanating from flower center transcending approximately 50% of total petal length and with blurred edges. Flowers are 18-20cm (7-8″) in diameter, outward facing, and average one to three per stem. Guard petals are rounded, frilled, and average 3.8cm (1.5″) in width. No fragrance noted. Possesses four to six sparsely hairy light-green carpels (149C) with red stigmas (47B) of normal anatomy. Sheath is partial, and green in color (142C). Stamens are between 1.25-2cm (0.5-0.75″), with yellow filaments (14A-17A). No fertility noted. Plants reach up to 76cm (30″) at maturity, and carry broadly cut green foliage. Foliage at the time of emergence is reddish in color. Growth habit is spreading, but does not require mechanical support. Originating from a mutation, the cultivar has been named in reference to the “parent” plant, ‘Sonoma YeDo’, where in this case ‘CoDo’ stands for “Cora Double”. This is in reference to the cultivar ‘Cora Louise’, a plant whose flowers are very similar in coloration to those of this plant, however here presented in double form. R111522
