Parentage: ‘Instituteur Doriat’ open pollinated. First year bloomed 2010, first propagated 2011. Mid/Late season bloom period. ANEMONE flower form, 3 blooms per stem, size 6 inches (15 cm). Guard petals red, rounded, cupped, may be slightly notched, average width 1½ inches. Center boss of petaloids somewhat paler, becoming creamy yellow and frilled towards the tips. With maturity the yellow becomes creamy white. Average of 5 carpels, pale green, moderately hairy. Stigmas pink, showing early stages of petalode transformation. In some flowers these may continue to grow and present a central tuft of petals. No pollen, stamens absent. No seeds. Fragrant. Foliage emerges dusty rose-red, matures green, narrow pointed. Broad growth habit to 36 inches (92 cm). Mechanical support not needed.
