Seedling No. RAISS 18. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. SINGLE, one flower per stem, 5 inches (13 cm). Yellow petals, deeply notched at mid-point, somewhat ruffled. Flares a pink wash extending 10-15% of petals’ length, accenting pale pink sheath. Stamens present, pollen absent. Filaments yellow throughout. Five carpels, light green, moderately hairy. Stigmas pink, normal anatomy, no seeds. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy, matures to green. Typical Itoh Group foliage. Upright mounded growth habit, height 32-34 inches (81-86 cm).
