Back to RegistrySeedling number 20-12. Parentage: ‘Martha W.’ x ‘Little Dorrit’ . First bloomed 2018, first propagated 2018. Early-midseason blooming SINGLE flowers are raspberry-red colored, 9cm (3.5″) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are cupped, rounded, and average 4.5cm (1.75″) in width. No fragrance noted. Flowers on average possess five tomentose, cream-colored carpels with pink stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are less than 1.25cm (0.5″) long, with uniformly cream-colored filaments. Produces pollen, though it has thus far proven to be minimally fertile; no seed fertility to date. Disc is well-developed, white in color. Plants reach 81.3cm (32″) at maturity, and carry narrow-pointed, green foliage. Growth habit is upright, and mechanical support is unnecessary.
