Seedling number 8-3-2. Parentage not given. First bloomed 2011, first propagated 2012. Very early blooming SEMI-DOUBLE to DOUBLE yellow flowers with ruffled, frilled petals. Flowers are 16cm (6.3”) in diameter, upward facing, and average one to two per stem. Emits a slight citrus fragrance. Possesses three very hairy, green carpels with pink stigmas. Pollen present, and readily produces seeds. Plants reach 80cm (31.5”) at maturity, and carry broadly pointed, green foliage with undertones of purple. Growth habit is upright, compact with strong stems, and does not require mechanical support. Possesses good potential for cut flowers. Named after the Roman Emperor, Hadrian.
