Seedling Number MD201903-01. Parentage ‘Feng Dan Bai’ x unknown (pollen parent information lost). First bloomed 2017, first propagated 2019. Early-midseason blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are white overcast in a pink blush, 16cm (6.3″) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are ruffled with crenulated edges, and are typically 6.5cm (2.6”) in diameter. Degree of notched edging increases on inner rows of petals. Fragrance noted. Flowers on average possess fourteen tomentose carpels that are a pale greenish-yellow with pink stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are between 1.2cm and 2cm (0.5”-0.75″) in length; filaments purplish-red in color at base, white near tips. Fertile both ways. Sheath is partial, purple in color. Plants reach about 90cm (35.5″) at maturity, and carry broad-pointed yellow-green foliage. Growth habit is upright. Floriferous. Cultivar named for its white color.
