Seedling No. UHS 50. First year bloomed 2015, first year propagated 2016. Parentage not given. Early season bloom. SEMI-DOUBLE because of presence of stamens and pollen, otherwise it very much has the look of an anemone form. One bloom per stem, size 5 inches (13 cm). Pink. Two rows of guard petals, coming to a broad rounded point, one or two may be shallowly notched. Inner petals notched and ruffled, some streaked or edged in white or cream. Average of 2 carpels, colored cream, fertility not determined. Stigmas pink. Pollen-bearing stamens mixed in with the center petals. Filaments pink at the base and yellow at the tips. Staminodal disc well developed, pink. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy to green. Upright growth habit, height 26-28 inches (66-71 cm), support not needed.
