Seedling No. 9-13-1 H12D16. First year bloomed 2015, first year propagated 2016. Parentage: Wa12 16340F3 x ‘Roselette’s Child’. Early Midseason bloom. DOUBLE. One bloom per stem, size 4½ inches (11 cm). Color pearl pink. Three or four rows of smoothly rounded guard petals, about 2 inches (5 cm) in width, held cupped. Inner petals smaller, notched, somewhat ruffled. Lavender-shaded flares extend about 40% the petals’ length, which while not prominent in the fresh flower, serve to impart a lavender-pink glow from its depths. Carpels generally 4, cream colored, very hairy, but small, seeds not yet confirmed. Stigmas pink. Some stamens embedded among the petals, pollen-bearing where not transformed, filaments yellow. Staminodes also present, linear shape, same color as petals but edged yellow. Staminodal disc obscure. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges green. Upright growth habit, height 28 inches (71 cm), support not needed.
