Peony Registry

Grown from seed from Canadian Peony Society Seed Exchange 2011, Lot 16. First bloomed 2016. DOUBLE. Burgundy-red flowers measure 6½ inches (17 cm) in diameter and are usually borne 3 per stem. Pollen-bearing stamens are present, but embedded in the petals. Pleasant fragrance. Height to 36 inches (90 cm). Midseason bloom period. Named at the request of the Patriots Committee of Québec to recognize and honor the patriots of Québéc.
