Seedling Number: PP2013-6. Parentage: ‘Ewelina’ x ‘Virgilijus’. First bloomed 2018, first propagated 2019. Early-midseason blooming, ANEMONE form flowers are light-purple (RHS-75B), with very pale purple (75D) shades of pink overlaid on outer guard petals (75D). Flowers are 17cm (6.7″) in diameter, upward facing, and average two to three per stem. Fragrance noted. Guard petals are rounded, and average 1.5cm (0.6″) in width. Flowers possess an average of three strong yellow-green (144C) carpels with strong purplish-red (64B) stigmas of normal anatomy. Petalodes present a very pale purple color at the base (69D), fading to a yellowish edge. Plants reach 100cm (39.5″) at maturity, and carry narrow-cut, green foliage with purple coloration at the margins. Growth habit is spreading, and does benefit from mechanical support. Name translates to “Lithuanian Elegance”.
