First bloomed 1972. Parentage. Generation— BC-2; BC-1 self pollinated. Light red, semi-double. Three rows of petals evenly spaced, rounded and well formed. Opens fully and shows its center with a strong gesture. Anthers form a large golden ball. Center dark with alizarin flares. Fragrant, good stem strength, has pollen and seeds. Strong foliage.
