Parentage unknown. Double. Mid-season. White. The flower is a full double white that in cool weather will often have a decided pink tint. It is somewhat high built. Its stems are adequate but sometimes bow to hard storms. It was formerly known as Maxine but to avoid confusion with Mr. Auten’s Maxine, the full name Maxine Armstrong will be used in the future. It was named, for Mrs. Floyd Armstrong of Omaha, a flower lover and friend of the Sass family. Seedling # 21-29.
