Seedling S35. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 1999, first propagated 2000. SINGLE. Large rounded guard petals are creamy yellow flushed pink on opening, fading to white. Pale green carpels with cream colored stigmas. One flower per stem; 18 cm. diameter (7 inches). No fragrance. Has pollen; makes seeds. Height to 75 cm (30 inches), with a narrow upright growth habit. Blooms early season. Mime is brother of Alberich and is a metal smith. He forges the ring out of the Rheingold, and later the Tarnhelm, a magic helmet.
