Seedling No. RAISS 38. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. SINGLE, two flowers per stem, 3½-4 inches (9-10 cm). Lavender pink petals, fairly uniformly streaked cream, more so along the center. Petals cupped, ruffled, frilled. Stamens present, pollen absent. Filaments yellow throughout. Sheath vibrant rose, partial, extending just over half the length of the carpels. Average of 5 carpels, green, very hairy. Stigmas reddish-pink, normal anatomy, no seeds. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy, matures to green. Typical Itoh Group foliage. Upright mounded growth habit, height 32-34 inches (81-86 cm).
