Midseason bloom period. JAPANESE flower form. Flower size 5 inches (13 cm). Average of three flowers per stem. Three rows of rounded, cupped, medium-pink guard petals surround the center of staminodes, the edges being somewhat ruffled. The faces of the staminodes are pink, edged yellow, while the backs are all yellow. Average of four carpels, light green, very hairy. Stigmas cream, tinged pink. Disc well developed and complete, colored cream. No fragrance. Foliage to 24 inches (61 cm), flowering stems raise tops of blooms to 30 inches (76 cm). Received APS Seedling Award of Merit at exhibition in 2017.
