Seedling No. RAISS 31. Parentage unknown. First year bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. SINGLE, two flowers per stem, 4 inches (10 cm). Lavender pink, 2-3 rows of petals, cupped, rounded, notched. Dark rose colored flares extend 25% of petal’s length, with bleeding edges. Stamens present, pollen absent. Filaments pink at base, yellow at tips. Sheath rose, complete. Average of 5 carpels, green, very hairy. Stigmas rose, normal anatomy, no seeds. Fragrance. Early foliage emerges burgundy, matures to green. Typical Itoh Group foliage. Upright, nicely mounded growth habit, height to 30 inches (76 cm).
