Peony Registry

Parentage: ‘Pink Vanguard’, open pollinated. Grown from seed Lot #109, Canadian Peony Society Seed Exchange, 2011. First bloomed 2016. Dark pink SINGLE with two rows of relatively narrow, rounded guard petals. Flower 6½ inches (17 cm) in size. Typically only one bloom per stem. Pollen bearing stamens. Light pleasant fragrance. Mature height to 36 inches (90 cm). Named for a very active championship-winning gymnast.
