Stamens are entirely transformed to petalodes, spatulate in shape, and identical in color to outer petallage. Sheath is partial, and yellow in color (8B). No pollen, and seed fertility has not been noted. Plants reach 204cm (80″) at maturity, and carry broadly-cut, green foliage. Growth habit is upright; mechanical support is unnecessary.
