First bloomed 1989. Lactiflora-Japanese type Carmine Red/Cream, Two and three buds per stem, fragrant. The flower has two rows carmine red guard petals, cream center, lighter carmine petaloids. Bomb type petaloids on blossoms from more mature plants. Blooms mid season, strong stems 26″ height. Seedling # K 46-37. Note: This cultivar and Spiffy have similar seedling numbers and flower characteristics – they may be the same plant.
