Seedling No. RASS JJ. Parentage not given. First year bloomed 2015, first year propagated 2016. Midseason bloom. SEMI-DOUBLE. Peach and apricot. One flower per stem, 4 – 5 inches (10-13 cm) in size, up-facing presentation. Petals coppery-cream, blending to peach tones towards the edges. Average of 5 carpels, light green, sparsely hairy. Stigmas pink, normal anatomy. Stamens present but pollen absent. Filaments yellow, strap-like. Sheath complete, creamy-pink. Foliage burgundy at emergence. Upright growth to 30 inches (76 cm). Named to recognize Minnesota’s Lake Minnetonka (Minn-ni-tanka, meaning Big Water, in the Dakota language).
