Seedling number RaiSS74. Parentage unknown. First bloomed 2013, first propagated 2013. Midseason blooming SEMI-DOUBLE flowers are purple, 15.25cm (6″) in diameter, are upward facing, and average one per stem. Red flares with blurred edges emanate from flower center and transcend approximately 40% of the total petal length. Guard petals are rounded, ruffled, notched, and average 5cm (2″) in width. Subtle fragrance noted. Carpels are typically seven in number, moderately hairy, and cream-colored with white stigmas of normal anatomy. Stamens are less than 1.25cm (0.5″) in length, with filaments that are lavender in color fading to white at the tips. No fertility noted. Sheath is partial, and white in color. Plants reach 76cm (30″) at maturity, and carry narrow-pointed, green foliage. Growth habit is upright, and mechanical support is unnecessary.
