Single, light red, large, tall, very late. The name Toreador was used by Hollis for a variety which he includes in one of his later lists among a number which he proposed to introduce in commerce, but there is no evidence that the variety was ever disseminated, and hence there seems to be no objection to using the name on Mr. Wettengel’s variety.
