Seedling number OPC-003. Parentage unknown. First bloomed 2014, first propagated 2014. Early blooming DOUBLE flowers are a light-yellow which fades to a much paler shade. Flowers are 16cm (6-7″) in diameter, upward facing, and average one per stem. Guard petals are cupped, ruffled, and average 5cm (2″) in diameter. No fragrance noted. Flowers possess on average one moderately hairy, red carpel with a red stigma. Stamens are between 1-2cm (0.5-0.75″) long. Produces pollen, though seed fertility has not been noted. Plants reach 60-70cm (23.5-27.5″) at maturity, and carry broad-pointed, green foliage. Growth habit is upright, and mechanical support is unnecessary.
