Double. Midseason. Pink. This flower is a soit lilac rose (French chart), glowing throughout. The guard petals are deepest in tone and the color melts gradually into rose cream at the center. The guard petals have occasional stripes of red and there is an occasional tiny spot of red on the center petals as in Festiva Maxima of which it is a seedling. The petals are very large, both wide and deep of heavy substance. It is a high built flower with call, strong growing stems and splendid foliage which resembles that of its parent, Festiva Maxima. The sterns are large and stiff. It is free-blooming, fragrant and increases well.
