Peonies – Boyd (pdf download).  The Manual of the American Peony Society, 1928.  Edited by James Boyd.  While this book was published early in the last century, it contains much information that will be useful for anyone who grows peonies.   The book has wide ranging topics including:  APS History, checklists of Chinese Peonies, Growing Peonies, Propagation, Breeding, Seedling Care and much more.   This book is no longer readily available in print format and is considered a collectors item.   365 + pages.
